Brigadier General Donald Dunbar, Wisconsin National Guard adjutant general, addresses more than 350 members of the 115th Fighter Wing at the unit's first-ever Hometown Heroes Salute ceremony. The National Guard program honors recognizes Airmen who deployed for more than 30 consecutive days for Operations Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom and all other contingency operations.
