Hinman retires
Brigadier General Joseph Brandemuehl, 115th Fighter Wing commander, presents Colonel Michael Hinman his certificate of retirement as he completes a 34 year military career. As a member of the 115th Fighter Wing, Colonel Hinman served most recently as the vice commander of the wing in Madison.
