Madison’s 115th FW breaks ground on first F-35 project

Bart Van Roo, the commander of the 115th Fighter Wing, Truax Field, Madison, Wisconsin, presents the 115th Fighter Wings breaking ground ceremony Aug. 11, 2021 for its first F-35 Lightning II conversion project.
